Hello ,

If your system is in redundant mode and there is no alarm LED active , it is easily possible by downloading to the master and the rest is performed automatically.In case of redundancy loss , try to resolve it  first.There are other cases that such a problem may happen but for more comments we need the LED statuses for both CPUs plus their diagnostics buffer.
