Hello,

I was forced to change one of the inverters. So I backup the old one and replaced with new one (used in other place) and I downloaded backup to replaced - lexium 05b from Schneider.

Then I see some error with connection in Siemens hardware. I double checked all cables and connection.

Is there might be a problem in configuring the network? Maybe I have to adress reaplced inverter in configuration?

Please  can anyone help me at this?

Actually I did, its "4" same as in the screen...

What bothers me is that when I connect to this drive it shows "device adress 284" maybe this is the adress that i suppose to use in siemens hardware config?

When you see a Profibus slave with a red cross symbol (when the Profibus configuration is online) then clicking on the drive will show the diagnostic buffer for that slave. The messages logged there might be important, please prepare a screenshot for us.

To establish whether this "address 284" is used by the PLC to communicate with your Lexium drive, go back to the screens you have shown us , go offline, and click on the drive you want to examine.

A window will open below the Profibus network configuration showing the I and Q addresses that the user program can use to talk to the drive.

Could you add this information to the screenshot you are preparing?

So I am not able to see the buffer of drive now, cuz I am out of factory, but I have backups for this and I attached in post so u can see I and Q adresses.

Tommorov I will get logs for TeamViewer and I will be able to refresh some information in this topic.

Obviously "address 284" does not refer to this drive, I and Q addresses 126 to 145 are reserved for the user program to connect to the drive over Proifbus-DP.

Unfortunately it seems the support site from Schneider is not accessible for the moment, so I cannot download theoperting manual for this drive with Profibus. I will try again tomoroow.

In themeantime try getting the information from the diagnostic buffers of the drive and the CPU if possible. When all information is available we can work better.

I got screens form CPU saying that module is not configurated, ofc profibus adress is setted in both devices, now what could be the problem since servo inverter is looking oke, means it works in JOG mode etc.

Shoudl I configure something else? Does anyone have an Idea, many people tried from different services, tried to replace GSD file and replace inverter...

This type of message will appear when the configuration in the DP master does not match the one in the DP slave (in this case, the drive).

Which means you have to look at :

-1. the Profibus address as it is set in the drive, compared to the one in the Profibus configurator (I still can't find the Lexium 05B manual that explains how this is set in the drive, I hope you have that information or setup software);

-2. the IO configuration in the drive does not match the one expected in the configurator. You can maybe check the information from this manual:
