 Your screenshot shows only DW 250 (Word, Format KF = 2 Bytes), not DD 250 (Double word , Format KG = 4 Bytes).

To transfer a data double word to DB253 from data word 250,must exist the data word 251.
A data double word has four bytes, so the DB 253, the data words 250 and 251 (each having 2 bytes).
I can be see in your first screenshot (picture 20160128_152829.jpg) from DB 253, no data word 251 exists.
