Hi There,

I'm trying to connect from the internet with the new App.

I have set up the NAT and Rules on my firewall and forwarded port 8080. 

I can connect to the Logo just fine (green status) and I can look at the VM \ IO Status \ Web server etc. but I can't seem to use the Control Page where my items show a Yellow status.

They work fine on the LAN

I did a packet trace and I can see the App talking to the Logo! over 8080 and I don't appear to be dropping any requests for anything.

I see someone mentioning to forward 10001 on another post - I did this too but do not see any traffic being sent over these ports.

Has anyone got this working?

Yes, I have done all that.

Also as I said I can connect and control all functions from the Local LAN which would make be believe it's not a permissions problem.

More than likely it is something to do with the networking and possibly what's not being forwarded through the firewall but it's very strange that I can connect to the unit and do everything except operate functions on the control page.

I got to the bottom of this.

I originally set this up and tested using the internal IP of the Logo!.

Then I configured my firewall and routing and CHANGED the IP in the app to the Public IP.
I did not recreate the Controls - and then they did not work.

However when I deleted my original connection and recreated this with the Public IP and deleted my controls and recreated them from scratch it now works!
