any help will is welcome!

I'm trying to read 8 byte of data from the counter card but without success. The sfc 14 return 80b1 error. with 4 byte sfc 14 is working fine.

I read the help and other topics regarding sfc14 but I can not figure out what I'm doing wrong.

the input Data of the Counter module ar 11 bytes, have you try this length?

in this document you find a overview about the Assignment of the operation modes for the module:

You can also read the data directly from the I/O Adress and not use the SFC14.

thank you for your answer.

I have read the mentioned documentation it says that input data of the counter is 12 bytes. Strangely if I try to read more than 4 bytes the returned error  is 80b1. Yes it is like you said, I can read data directly from the I/O and like that there are no problems. Still it is strange why I can not read the desired lenght of data.
