I have a problem with my GA75+ atlas copco compressor, suddenly, it refuses to start & i don't know what's happen, that's what's it's show on screen (**** pressure ***** temp)

I've spent days searching without solution

No i want to control my compressor with S7-300 or Logo (replace Elektronikon monitoring system with plc)

What i have to do & to know first to start modification ? I'am begineer so if someone could give me help it will be very thankfull

hmmm interesting, never worked with this device but probably preasure, temperature sensors can be out or disconnected internally? Open that device with technician and find that sensors, check output from them. This is my first quick idea, give info.

in my opinion there can be some possibilities, control that device simply say with Analog/Digital Inputs/Outputs (read signals from buttons, limit switches, temperature/preasure sensors, start that device, open/close some valves, light-up signal diodes/Lights,...). Other system is more difficult for beginners, but can be solved (you must learn everytime) - communication. Device has some communication port and your PLC can communicate with that device through that communication line. You must prepare in PLC communication blocs that provide reading/writing some needed data for you to control that device. And if you need show/change some parameters of process effectivelly, you need visualisation on panel (HMI). This is my little start for you, probably others give you their recomendations how to start
