Hello

I have problem with ASI IO modules, they are going error state for a second, and that causes line stoppage.

Have anyone some idea what could cause this error. I think problem is in one or maybe two faulty modules. But how to find faulty module, I have 39 IO modules on two lines. and both lines go for error state as you can see in this video

ithik you have a little bit short circuit in your asi network or some junction is loose if you have a brand new asi master you can take a look on its LCD , it say you wich address has problem

otherwise

you can check your asi network with asi interface control tools  software from bihl+wiedemann company that can give you a good overview from your asi network and tell you wich slave is not correct and a lot of other options .
