But when i try to bult this hardware ome model i not have it in my tia portal

all cart are ok i have but not have :

8F-DI 24 VDC and 4F-DO 24VDC

so when i try to doanload to update my hardware  

when i try to install this hardware a massage apear

one of them you not have simatic safty

and the other you not have simatic comfort

after that i downloaded this tools

when i try to install simatic safety amassage apear you not have simatic step 7 basic so its ignor

PLease attach Screen's of the error messages and a list of the already installed SW on the system!.

ok , thanks for the Screens.

1.) Safety SW 
you try to install the safety package for the classic Step7 V5.x and not the TIA Safety package.
The TIA Safety Advanced Package is not available for download and must be ordered!

2.) Support Package
you try to install a support package which need the SW Package TIA V13.0 SP1 and TIA Safety V13.0 SP1!
You only have V13.0 UPD6 without SP1 so you can't install the HSP because you have a) wrong version of TIA and b) no installed Safety Package!

yes that is one of the needed steps, the next step is the installation of the TIA Safety Advanced V13.0 SP1 Software Package, this package you need for the failsafe modules in TIA; without the package you can't use the F-Modules(Safety).
