Please check this post. User's e.g. Mindware, 1Test, ThorirOlafur post are missing thank you & rate button. 2nd post from user 1Test do have thank you & rate button.

Why is it so? Or am I missing something? 

For example, post's that are not making points in the campaign has no thank or rate button.

Also, sometimes a rating will be deleted by strange reasons.

IBN-Service is right
The moderators mark posts that shouldn't get points to the creator, these posts can't be evaluated.
If you think the decision is wrong for a special post, because it is a valuable answer, than please contact the moderators with the 'Suggestion' Button. Also we can make false decisions and can remove the mark.

In the case of your example I changed some deciding.
