the SFC14 must have a minimum lenght  of 4 Byte for Transfer, i is noot then you get error 8090.

The error 8092 you get because you use the wrong type.

You PLC Version must not use the SFC to RD/WR the data, why you don't use the IB0 adressing insteed of the SFC?

The error 8092, is because of "a type other than BYTE is specified in the ANY reference" (Record parameters)

The error 8090, is because of "ignored the restriction concerning the length of consistent data"

You can use SFC14 when you want to read consistent data of 3 bytes or more then 4 bytes.

When you want to read:

1 byte; you should use L IB 0

2 bytes; you should use L IW 0

4 bytes: you should use L ID 0

Try to use L IB 0, or  I 0.0 .. I 0.7

The CPU that i use is S7-400(414-2XG04-0AB0) that i think support lots of SFCs

and i can use ET200 with standard addressing such as " IB ,IW,ID or QB,QW,QD"

something that i don't understand is that why i can;t use SFC14??? and as you saw in attachments i use everything but it didn't work yet
