 For the software, you have 2 options:

1. Contact Siemens local distributer for a copy.
2. Buy a third party software like S5/S7 for windows

For the cable you have 2 options:

1. The same company in the link above they have a USB reliable cable
2. Get a Siemens PG and make a serial cable with the pinouts described in the attachement.
