Hello,

I am having an issue trying upload to a dual plc system (botth plcs are 6es5921-3wb14)

On the plc nr. 1, in the  plc eprom slot (top) i have a 6fx1822-0ax17-3a , on the second (bottom) i have a 6fx1123-6al00(this kind of memory seems the only one with RAM tyoe chip, no uv erase windows on it)

On the plc nr. 2 , in the  plc eprom slot (top) i have a 6fx1817-0ax15 , on the second (bottom) i have a 6fx1801-0bx10.

I tryed to download the 2 s5d files to plc1 and plc2, but the space is not sufficent, also after a

memory compression. (but switching the top eprom from plc 2 to plc1 and downloading s5d on plc1,

the plc1 goes in RUN state)

Could be caused by a defective/not well written eprom?

Can i burn this kind of eprom with a field pg and an internal prommer ?(i tryed with no success).

Is there any special procedure to reload a dual plc system? ( i just moved as511 board from near one

or another plc, )

I have some experences on System 3, but not quit understand your question--what do you really want to do? for PG --filed PG is failed to help you? then looking for PG685 or PG875 they are the same age brothers with their system 3 elder sister.

I just burned a eprom for S5 100 U CPU102 with my broken screen PG740--win95 OS.

PS: are sure your AS511 is working good? if not I have 2 of AS 511 in good condition. and question is if you system working good why think about to burn some eprom?
