I want to remove password or want to erase program from Memory card using field PG.

A program in a Flash memory , means the program has the function you need for your system.I am afraid to say, we can not help you to remove password from your Flash memory. Remove Passwordfor S7-400, not possible. I never seen a tool for that. To clear memory card: Just follow hamids advice.

Hello again, I do not think it will work for S7-400 memory cards or S7-300 memory card ( old style). My last question because I know that these tools are not available specially for S7-400 memory cards. And again, I do not recommend for any body to break the password illegally. You have always to ask the prgrammer for it.
