I am commissioning a sinamics DCM with a DC motor.

I have a problem that when I want to decelerate the motor (for example, decreasing n from 1000 to 700), I see that the real velocity can´t follow to the commanded velocity and it gives me 60031 error.

When I am acelerating it doen´t happens. It follows the commanded velocity very well.

The unique way to make it work is putting a to high deceleration time (30 seconds).

I have make the velocity optimization and nothing changes.

The motor is without load, so I think that maybe some parameter is wrong.

I have tried also changig Kp and Tn but it doesn´t change.

Could someone help me?

Is it 4Q or 1Q drive?

Have you carried out speed optimization satisfactorily?

Check the torque limit value at p50169.

I made the optimitation putting p50051=26.

50169 is torque limit (I also tried current limit) and r52143 and r52144 is 583333.38%, so I think that this is not the problem

I also have p2003=1Nm . Maybe is here the problem? If the problem were the torque, I think that it also would give the same error acelerating

I think that the driver must ask negative current when it is decelerating so it should ask torque sense 2.

I haven´t selected any function module (tecnological regulator, free function blocks)

I have seen that the limitation of the current limit negative max (r52132) is 0%. I think it should be a negative number, because to this limitation the the signal arrives (r52134 is  OK).

Do someone knows how to change this limitation? I haven´t seen any parameter to change this r

If it is like you say, how should I conect that resistor? I think that this resistor should be comanded by the driver with a contactor. Is it like this?

In 2Q drive negative current limit is always 0% or higher (function diagram 6840). You should use braking with field reversal.
