Number of alarm, alarm text & its infotext: how to export it ?

typhoon Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi all, a bit strange question: is there a way to export (in excel or other editable format) a list of alarms and related infotext in a way that can be understand without using WINCC or panel itself and from which is possible to copy text to past in other application ? We must integrate alarms and helps in technical documentation and the file Messages.xls created by WINCC is not understandable because there are not any reference between the number of the alarm, the text of the alarm and the related infotext. I think tosomething likethat Protool was able to create (.txt), example below: :N: 0001 :T: "ACCUMULO IN USCITA" :I: "Il messaggio segnala che si è\n" :I: "creato accumulo di flaconi buoni\n" :I: "in uscita.\n" :I: "Rimuovere l'accumulo." :A: D- Any help is very appreciate... typhoon Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Tomas, sorry for delay... What you wrote is what our electronic dept actually do; the result is the file Messages.xls (attached an example in pdf). To better understand our prob, in .pdf attached, which is the numberofmessage highlighted on page 2 and which is its related help ? I don't want to think that Siemens has not take in account this problem...I think that should be a way to get something like older protool could create, but this is not clearly even for our electr-dept. Btw, I am a bit strugged because, apparently, no one has our same problem... Possible that no one must integrate messages and helps in technical documentation ? Or this one re-type what other persons has already typed in with all possible errors and discrepances ? And when the language is really not undestandable (like polish, russian, and so on) ? The export of the alarmtexts into a txt file is not possiblewith WinCC flexible at the moment. Bye
