It will upgrades to latest Siemens HMI?

what exactly you mean?

A Upload of the project from the HMI Panel is only possible if the option "Backtransfer" was activated during the download.

If this is not then a upload from HMI is not possible.

The MP277 can configured wuith WinCCflexible 2008, you can try if you can upload with whis SW.
