Is there an easy way to set the time and date of a logo without digging deep in the settings?

When you insert a setting of a timer in the display you can change the setting by pressing the esc button for a few seconds.

When you insert the time and date in the display you can’t do the same trick.

And when you put the logo in OP mode you can’t change the time and date at all.

My goal is to make it easy for the customer to set / change the time and date without digging deep in the settings of the logo with the risk of putting the machine out of order.

Maybe t’s a nice item for a software update or for the 9e Logo generation.

Sometimes I get frustrated when programming a Logo!

A few years ago I had to program the (then new) Crouzet Millennium  3 plc’s.

They have a lot of special function blocks that I miss in the logo.

For example a “cam block” , “pump sequence block” or the “boolean block”

And the possibility to write text over a parameter  window in the display.

I could also hook up a ntc temperature resistant directly on a input.

Its maybe not that accurate as a pt100, but a lot cheaper. And I don’t mind if the temperature has an anomaly of a few degrees.

Maybe I’m spoiled…
