I do my first project in WinCC flexible for operator panel OP177B. I have to make a MPI connection between this panel and CPU.

Here are screenshots of what I did

p.s. CPU doesn't have any connections in the table

is that ok?

Or I have to remove a connection from the table of panel in NetPro and create a new one in the table of CPU?

e.g., I create in the table of CPU:

and it automatically creates active partner in the table of panel:

or it doesn't matter? will it be the same as in my first post? or this one is the right?

 ok, thanks. so there is no difference how i make a connection - my post #2 - in the table of cpu (creates one in this table and automatically in the panel table) or in the table of panel (only creates one connection in this table)?

i've added '1-4 Screenshots.zip' to first post and '5-6 Screenshots.zip' to second

You should network both (CPU and HMI) to the MPI network.

Then in WinCC flexible, you will find a connection between HMI and CPU, when it is "Active off", change it to 'on'

 Actually I did it and I have a connection in Flexible with active ON & online ON (it can't be changed), see my screenshots

I can change this active ON/OFF only if add a connection in flexible by myself and not in the table of panel or cpu in NetPro.

In Netpro, you see not a connection.

 didn't understand this, what I should not see in NetPro. Please, look at my screenshots (links or from attachments)

so there are many ways to create connections (tables of NetPro or in flexible)...

so it's not the right way i did it in my first posts (using tables of NetPro)?

anyway i did without a connection in tables in netpro like you (and like in .pdf file)
