Looking for Sipport on Sitop Power Supply 

6EP1437-3BA00 SITOP   40 A  connected with 3.2 A Breaker 3 Phase  , Line 1 taking 1.8 Amps , Line 2 Taking 1.9A  But Line 3 taking 3.8 Amps  .

The Breaker gets Trips , Very Frequently   , I could not able to find why Line 3 is taking more current .

Output Amps , No Issue`s , Loaded 25Amps .

Please suggest what will be Isssue

you can only do the recommented protection like in the technical data described.

Protection in the mains power input (IEC 898)Required:

3-pole connected miniature circuit breaker 10 ... 16 A characteristic C or circuit breaker 3RV2011-1DA10 (setting 3 A) or 3RV2711-1DD10 (UL 489)

 But you are never protected to 100%, that a device gets defect.
