until now what software you have WinCC v13? you talk about wincc, so I imagine that you already have, if so, you need the LOGO! Soft Comfort V8:

i already have logo softcomfort 8, wincc TIA portal v13 and wincc rt start ( trial license), i try to search on youtube and google and do a lot of time but when i run it's still can't not connect, i think that i maybe use wrong software or not enough, so can you tell me step by step form start point to the end point and which software i need to install.
