I have a servo motor and a servo drive (motor:1FL6064-1AC61-0LB1, drive:6SL3210-5FB11-5UA0)

The motor is absolute with a holding brake, 

I have just unboxed the motor and connected it up to my servo drive with its power cable and absolute incoder, the problem im having is when i move the motor without any load the motor heats up quickly and it gets very hot whilst only doing a simple jog at 200 rpm, does anyone know whats going on with it?

That's right.

The power cable for the servo Motor with the brake will be having 6 terminals.

That is U,V,W,PE,(+),(-)

And the Power connector should be in such a way that having 6 terminals.

Any way we have to pay some special attention while connecting the Servo Motor with the Brake.

Otherwise it will damage the Motor.
