I have a usb prommer 6ES7 7920AA00-0XA0,

does anybody know how can I get  a backup from S5 EPROM via this  usb prommer and by which software?step5 or step7?and which menu of the software I should use?

i never use this prommer but on SIOS there is a lot of documentation.

Try this manual and this software.

thank you for replay.

i install s5eprom software. i selected read option  and then click start i saw  this massage(attached pic) . but i see into s5d file in word pad . i saw this file is free.  

did erase my eprom?

other problem is uplaod from cpu s5 943b. i can see block  via plc block list but i cant transfer to pc. i see following 2 error when press transfer to pc:

get com Error:5855               next error        Error transferring Block OB1
