I have a problem in a 928 cpu 135u
It is not going to run mode and have led on the ADF .
I loaded the program again and observing the istack think the bug is in an
I / O
How can I find that I/O module?

I've attached the ISTACK pages when the ADF error has happend. I'm really appreciate in advance any responses.

ADF stands for: "Addressing error"
The user program has accessed an address in the process image for which there is no module inserted in the I/Os.

The operating system puts some info in the accumulators about the address responsible for the problem.
See screenshot in annex.

In your case, the problematic address is EF03.
Because the process image starts at address EF00,
I guess that you have a problem with Input byte 3 or Output byte 3. 

Seems to happen in PB1 at relaltive address hex 106 ==> 262 decimal
==> somewhere around line 250 I think.

I have the same problem. Please see attached Istack.

The ADF LED is blinking and output card LEDs are also blinking.

Any help is highly appreciated.
