And then look there to Logo. i have visit official siemens page in russian but they only have for logo soft comfort V7 today will write to Ukrainiane siemens)

LogoSoft is in Dutch, only not by the internet update. Download te Dutch luf file from the site and do a local update. You must run LogoSoft as Administrator when updating. Update 3, i have found the original site to download the Dutch luf: DUTCH
