I have CPU-412-5-H and Safety DI modules"6ES7326-1BK02-0AB0" , I have a problem that all safety DI signals “through Module drivers” have a delay response “2-3 SECs” although we are using OB35, please advise.

You have to determined the Max Cycle Time of the Safety PLC with the Safety and Environment 

Also you have to mention more information about you Topology

6ES7321-1BH02-0AA0 is no Safety module.

it is a normal 16xDI, 24VDC
