If you have saved your Filter settings in the PRoduct Support you can set the notifications in mySupport (https://support.industry.siemens.com/My/ww/en/filters#filters).
With 'set Options' you can choose between email and personal message.

you want a notification for every change in the Online Support?

For adding a new filter and set notifications:

1. Go to the Product Support and choose an Entry type and/or a search term.
2. If you get some results you can click "email on update" to receive a notification if there is a change. Choose a name for the filter.
3. Go to https://support.industry.siemens.com/My/ww/en/filters#filters and select your new created filters. Click 'Set options' and select your settings for the notifications ('As personal message', 'Once a day', Summerize all notifications in one email')
