I have problem with link up/update process between two CPU's. Before comment me, you should know that I've done some actions as follow:

1- The order numbers of all modules are the same.

2- connection of sync links is ok.

3- firmware of CUP's is V 4.5.7 (latest version).

* It should be noted that each CPU's can be working as master.

Diagnostics buffer of CUP's as follow

you are right. it was about flash cards. I removed them and it works now.
