i have one Mp277 with MPI/DP connection defected but USB is working perfect and most likely ethernet

all i need to transfere backup to Mp277 via ethernet and i'll find application use ethernet. All i need how can i configure ethernet between computer & Mp277 which IP address i should set to establish small network(IP for computer & for MP277)

Hi,

connect the MP directly to the Network Card of the PC.

In the Panel settings you cann configure the IP Adress and the Transfer interface .

Set the Interface to "Ethernet" and IP Config:

Panel: 192.168.0.20 Subnet: 255.255.255.0

PC: 192.168.0.21 Subnet : 255.255.255.0 (configure the ip in the Network Card properties in Windows)

Cross or Patch?

I mean you need a cross Ethernetcable for this connection.

I followed your earlier steps , it does work fine only windows7 after i changed IP address, it needs restart !!!! Thats it.

i transfered via ethernet and M/C also via ethernet!!!!
