Nonono, the idea was, that an empty PLC without MMC goes to RUN mode after restart.

If not, something is wrong ith the CPU.

But for confirmation PLC should check separately without extendmodule and without memory card,

I have face this type of problem when faulty module attached also.

thanks for your replies  , i removed all modules which connected wit it and the MMC but unfortunately still the same behavior 

i'd like to know is there any other additional tool with simatic manger  for programming the IM151 CPU 7 ?

  Many thanks for your support Mr.Ayman and other team whom gave me their experience

after i installed the Bus termination the Module is run properly and I could communicate with SIMATIC MANAGER with empty  MMC  , the bus termination is very important to RUN the ET200S .

still a small issue I couldn't connect module with original MMC which has the program of the machine
