You may try to change the local data size assigned for your OB priorities according to your usage for these OBs, you can change it under Memory tab of the CPU properties in HW. config.

What happen when you press Open Block in the diagnostic Buffer Window?

Do you have an FC 955? If you do, You call it in which OB?

Yes i have fc 955, ill check where i call it,

This is error due to indirect addressing.

1. You have to test FC individually with some arbitrary input paranmeters. Ascertain valid limits of input parameters.

2. If it's ok, then check how various inputs are transferred and they are within limits.
