Hallo.

I have a problem. I use Logo 0BA7 (6ED1 052-1MD00-0BA7)) in a single project and everything works well. But now, without any changes in the project, there is problem with the output Q1. Sometimes, it means about 1 of 10 switching output Q1, it stays still closed. Q1 is closed even if the 24 V supply is switched off.

I understand that the relay can be broken inside the logo. But if the contacts are stuck (due to overload), it's forever. But in my case output is ready to use the next day (output Q1 is open), and the situation is repeated (about 1 of 10 switching output stays closed).

The output is connected to the LED lamp with 20W.

Do you have any idea?

What is driving the LED? Is it AC or a constant current DC supply?

Zerocrossing detectors would not work, if it is DC driven, which most are.

Reveal some more information :)

I think the problem is somewhere else. In series with a load on each output of Logo is 6A fuse. And fuse is OK!

In the attachment is picture of LED light and driver. By the output of Logo I switch 230V AC for 2 pieces LED drives (for 2 lights) which are of course in parallel.

It means are you sure that problem is with output relay? That is broken due to over load?

What is solution? Replace it? 

Or is it possible to repair it by different way?
