I am trying to make an program and In the program timers does not work even they are energised.

What can the reason be for this situation?

Where do I make mistake?

In the attachment you can see the view although the timer is energised it does not begin to work.

I tried to work them in Fc and Fb blocks.

Yes I made very stupid mistake and I forgot to use an output.

your value an PT is 0ms? In manual of TON you can read, that there must be positive value - is zero positiv?

The problem was that After timer it was not used an output. They are not working like counters.
