22kw motor fan application, A910 alarm message

mr.adi Posts: 112 Rating: (0)	Hello guys I have the same problem with 22kw motor fan application. Recently it appears A910 alarm message. I have check same Diagnosis parameters. r26=526 - Act. filtered DC-link volt. r70=560 - Act. DC-link voltage r1242=629 - Switch-on level of Vdc-max I don't understand what happened. PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Please check the actual DC bus voltage. If it is more than 629 DC volt then your I/O board is faulty. If it is as per r26 then your control card is faulty.

PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Please check by replacing I/O card or control card. Either I/O card is faulty which giving wrong feedback of DC bus voltage or the control card is faulty.

If it happens during stop no big deal, but anyway i think this has to do only with the air flow of the fan. There is too much air flow from the process you are using this drive, it means in simple words that the air is making the fan to rotate more that it is commanded to run in terms of speed so it can go to regenerative mode and the dc link voltage will increase over the limits that the inverter can control.
