LOGO8! - TIA Portal V13 WinCC RT Advanced

nmbpt Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone! I'm trying configure a LOGO8! (-1FB00-0BA8) for communicate with WinCC RT Advanced (TIA Portal V13). I think that I'm doing everything right, but I can´t to establish conection between both. My LOGO has IE(LAN) port include for web access. My question is: Is it necessary other type of module to communicate with the WinCC RT, or I can communicate throught this port. Thanks for your help.

If you don´t put the right setting you might just search for it the entire day and get no connection - as I did. Sometimes you are better off reading the manual. I find the forum much better still :-)

nmbpt Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your response. Sorry, but I don't understand "Please search for S7 network protocol." I put IPs in both sides, and I have connection between them. (ping .. and Http:) but doesn´t have communication with WinCC...

In the menu "Control Panel" check the port in the submenu "Set PG/PC Interface". Also check your port settings in the "WinCC RT Loader". Don't forget to check te box "activate" as well.
