Hi!

faulty relay 7SJ624, the ad converter refused. sent for repair to Germany.

We bought a new IED, installed, upload .dex file to the IED

1) does not work function 25 Syncro. I checked all the circuit voltage. properly connected and the relay  d1v dF=0 dangle=0 all values in normal limits. but sync not gives permission to close CB

2)  communication is lost. scada not shows the device.
