Are there available trainings for learning to use SIOS?

the answer from Impulse and my answer are the only gerneral ways to get informations about / to learn SIOS.

I share Allison's frustration.  While Siemens does an excellent job making information available - finding the information I need quickly can be a challenge using SIOS.  My systems do not breakdown so frequently that I have spent enough time learning how to navigate...  Is it possible for a user to provide feedback and/or suggestions for improved ease of use?  I tried to find an answer using the request system, but no luck (word searched SIOS, Service, etc. in an effort to get a ticket started)

In any case, the UAB Service and Support Workgroup would be interested in any Service and Support enhancement and improvement suggestions from the users.  In a perfect world our systems would be so reliable that service would not be necessary.  Until that day comes we can advocate for a more perfect SIOS.  (My comments are not meant to diminish the great work done up to today. I do want a simpler, more intuitive SIOS experience.)
