I have a LOGO with transistor outputs. (24CE 6ED1052-1CC01-0BA8 FS04)
According to the handbook these outputs are protected against overload and short circuit.
Today, I am (unfortunately) an overloaded with an output current of 600 mA, while the manual indicates a maximum current of 300mA
But now this transistor output defective and always switches on, even if it is not controlled.
In other words, the security of the transistor output does not work.
Who has experience with this?

 Seems like you have fried the output transistor, its better you send it to repair,.

But your problem seems to be the overload on the output of the PLC, even if you replace the PLC the same thing might happen, I suggest you use a relay for the output.

If its hampering production you can use a free output and activate a relay from it and connect your output across the relay and run the plc.
