Malfunctioning of Keys on PC477B Key 15"

TL@ Regular Member Joined: 5/19/2008 Last visit: 4/3/2025 Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	I have following problem with my PC477B panel PC: From time to time the keys on the panel refuse to work. The plugged in keyboard and mouse (USB) keep working but the keys on the panel refuse to work. When i look in the device manager, it says there is a problem with an unknown device. When i restart with the usb-cable (from the PC unti to the screen) unplugged and then plug it in when its completly restarted, it works again. But then after a time the same problem accours. This is not very plesant for my client. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Thx in advence.

The Body Posts: 836 Rating: (71)	As far as I know, there are no innovated bios or drivers available at the moment. All I could find was this FAQ: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26331937 But the described issue relates only to the external keyboard, not to the internal. I would suggest you to contact the customer support.
