In my project I have a main station with S7-1510SP-F CPU with a directly connected TP700, and a substation with an interface module and a KP300 panel.
My project was working fine in TIA Portal v13 SP1, now I migrated it to v14 (SP1), and i have no connection between the CPU and the KP300 panel. The TP700 works fine.
All the test's im doing are just in the simulator, because i have no access to the machine at the moment.
I tried to create a new project just containing the CPU and the KP300 in TIA v14 SP1, but still no luck.
Then I've created the same test project in TIA Portal v13 SP1 and it is working.

I've checked the PN connection, IP Addresses, HMI connection, Access Point (S7ONLINE), ...
What makes me wonder was, that there was a firmware update for the TP700 which made it working in TIA v14, but no update for the KP300.
Is it not yet supported in TIA v14 ?

Any Ideas ?

Yes, this is what i thought what i should do - because it was the same with the TP700.
But for the KP300 there is only version 11.0.0.0 and 12.0.0.0 available.
I've checked in the automation updater and it says, that my support packages are up to date.
Any idea where i can find version 14.0.0.0 for the KP300 ?

Hello,

if you migrate an Project from V13 to V14 and then simulate it (PLC and HMI) the HMI Version in the project must be updated to V14.0.0.0.

I've tried the KP300 with a S7-1214FC CPU and TIA Portal v14 SP1 and it works. So it must be a problem with the S7-1500 communication driver or something like that.
I'll contact the customer support and will keep you up to date!

the KP300 ist a Basic Panel 1st Generation. There is no newer Image Version than V12 available also in V14 SP1. The Comfort Panels have latests Image Updates because they are developed in every Version.

So this should not be the problem.

They wrote me that it is "not possible at the moment". Any hope that it will be supported in the feature ?

No I´m talking about SIMULATION. A communication with real devices will work, (of course with the correct images) but a Simulation of a KP300 and a Simulation of a PLCSIM V14 won´t work any more!!!!
