I have a 315-2pn/dp and in other location some plc card with et200m. Two distance of two position is about 25Km. I have to use a pair of radio thet support only ethernet! and my et200m only profibus.

In seimens products there are et200 with ethernet? if no, what do I do?

Hello,

for ET200M you can use the Interfacemodule IM154-4 which is Ethernet.

 It means I must connect IM154-4 to et200m as a expantion module and it connect to radio, profibus connector on et200m is no connect.

you must replace the PROFIBUS ET200M with the PROFINET(ETHERNET) ET200M.

Which ET200M you use exactly ? 

I think you Interfacemodule is a PROFIBUS INterface and this must be replaced with the Ethernet IM154-4.

 I don't understand your idea!

I have 6ES7153-1AA03-0XB0. It connected with profibus, bus remote system has been moved to 25 km away. I have to change profibus cable with ethernet by radio

you say that you radio have only ethernet, so the bus should be:

315-2 -> Radio_1 <----> Radio_2 -> Et200M Station

And to connect the ET200M Modules with ethernet to the radio you must change the DP Interfacemodule of the ET200M Station to a Interfacemodule with Ethernet.

Have a look at this screenshot from Siemens Product Support, for the IM 153-4 PN IO interface module (for ET 200M).

You would need to remove the IM 153-1 from your remote profibus IO rack, replace it with the Im 153-4, connect your radio and the new IM with Ethernet cable, and configure a Profinet network in your project connecting to the IM 153-4. 

For basic information on creating a Profinet connection (including setting an IP address and a Name for the Profinet IO module), see here (sections 5.5 and 5.6 of the Profinet manual);
