Very easy to check:
Enter 150 for 15.0 ° C for the simulation, and the mathematical instruction outputs the value "4455" instead of 0V. The analog output limits this to 10 V, but does not meet your requirement of 0 V.
This means that 10 V is always output between 15.0 ° C and 45.0 ° C.

If you set the gain in the analog amplifier to 0.25 (resolution X1), then it fits up to round errors. But then you don't have a decimal place in the display.
