I assume, the setpoint comes via PLC.
1. in p353, the reference speed is given, it is the rpm, which corresponds to 100% and 4000h.
2. The max. speed limit for CW direction is set in p452 and in CCW for p453 (in %, it refers to p353).

So setting p353 from e.g. 1500rpm to 2000rpm increases the speed if 4000h is sent by the plc.
