I have following working code in STL - step 7:

L 74

L 13

T %DB3.DBW2

 Now i need to get this inside an S5. I started looking on the internet but didn't find how to do the transfer to the DB. I got this far:

L FW88

L KF+74

!=F

C DB3

L KF+13

T DBW2   ?????

Any help would be very much appreciated!

I think it should be something like:

L FW 88

L KF+74

!=F

OPN  DB3

L KF+13

T DW2

(although my Step5 is a bit rusty)

 you need to jump if FW88 <> 74

Apart from the previous remark i would suggest that you replace T DBW2 (S7) by T DW 1 in S5.

DBs in S7 are structured on byte base.

DBs in S5 are structured on word base
