Hi

I am currently experiencing a problem on an ET200SP module using the IM151-1 standard PROFIBUS interface (6ES7 151-1AA06-0AB0).

The configuration and PROFIBUS is fine and the system is healthy but on one of my ET200SP modules the PLC does not see the change in state of the remote IO module. The only way to refresh the IO in the PLC is to switch the PLC from Run > Stop > Run.

I have another PROFIBUS ET200SP in the system with no problems.

Any ideas on how to refresh this without having to change the state of the PLC?

I have checked the parameters but they both seem ok.

which type PLC? Did you look to PLC's diagnostic buffer about events?

how do you detect that the PLC doesn´t detect a change?

The PLC is a 1515-2 with the 342-5 PROFIBUS interface card to the ET200 (6ES7 151-1AA06-0AB0)

To explain it simply, the PLC does not see the change in input unless I change the PLC state to stop and back to run.

I cannot see the reason as the other module is OK (6ES7 151-1AA05-0AB0)

The OB's I have loaded into the PLC are:

OB30, OB82, OB122, OB123, OB1, OB121, OB83, OB86, OB80
