My Logo 8 FS4 some times is not recognized by Logosoftort.I am confused I see the ethernet connection icon on the bottom bar is active but when I want to see the IP address on any of communication windows I can't see the IP address.and communication is failed.the IP of computer and PLC are in  the  same area.Computer is 192.168.0.100 and logo is 192.168.0.9 and both masking is 255.255.255.0 I don't know why sometimes I can and some times I can not be connected

Also I can see a star character  * like that on the up right of my TD logo is blinking .

Is it a LOGO! 230VAC?

Hi,

you have at least 3 units connected. As you wrote a LOGO!, your PC and a TDE.

List all IP information.
What else is connected to this network?

By the way the small * shown at the top right hand side of the displays indicate active communication.

 I think logo TD is 192.168.0.8 or 10 I don't remember.but the problem is PLC and logo TD are communicating and I can't see the plc IP on logosoft .Today I checked it a gain and I realized that Logocomfort is blocked by  windows firewall.I should ask our IT guy to to ignore this program and see again. is my problem related to this firewall ?by the way thank you for your help.
