Hi All,

I try to install starter v4.5 in my computer with Window 7 SP1.

The first time install, i don't extract the Help file and the installation shows don't continue the Starter installation as the Help file is missing (attached picture). So i decide not to continue installation and extract the help file to other folder.

After that, the installation cannot proceed at all and always come out a window to Restart computer. Even after restart the same message appear again and again.

Do anybody know?
