Hi everybody!

I'm doing a project with IOT2040 and Arduino IDE for read data with a modbus RTU  connection, using the X30 or X31 port.

I'm trying an Modbus / RS485 Arduino library for intel galileo. But this library has been created for using an RS485 adapter connected to Serial port of galileo board.

Could I set X30 or X31 port of my IOT2040 for use this library?

Are possible set the X30 or X31 port with Arduino IDE?

I'm working on something similar. A already have a sketch working on an arduino gathering data from Modbus RTU/RS485 and sending it through MQTT to a server. I'm migrating to the IOT2040 and can't find out how to use the X30/X31 ports on the arduino IDE.

Hi,

We added librarys for IOT2000.

Its really in Beta state.

On IOT2040, you can use X30 and X31 as Serial3 and Serial4.

We test the librarys and add other features.
