In my previous post "How to: Setup UART console for IOT-2020", I used non-standard cable. * So I bought a new USB-to-UART cable: FTDI C232HD-DDHSP-0 http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Documents/DataSheets/Cables/DS_C232HD_UART_CABLE.pdf * But again, I can see the booting message, but can NOT make any input!!! * Here is my connections to X14 of IOT-2020: x-14: CTS_N TxD RxD n.c. RTS_N GND x-14: 6 5 4 3 2 1 cable: Green Yellow Orange Red Brown Black cable: RTS_N RxD TxD VCC CTS_N GND Anything wrong with my connections? Thanks! Jerry |

Hi, the connection looks good. I have this cable. On page 10 you can see the pinout. It looks equal to your connection. I do not know why you can't make any input.. Drivers are correclty installed? Best regards! |
