When does this error occur? Is the connection between the IOT and your engineering system established? Can you ping it? Are you using the left port (if you're using the IOT2040)? Is the IP adress configured properly (both on IOT and your PC)? Did it work before?

do not set the Gateway 192.168.200.254,

just leave it empty~
