rick.fronda11 Posts: 66 Rating: (0)	Hi, I want to use Pressure sensor JUMO 401001 with Siemens logo PLC, It is *0 - 16 bar, 10 - 30V & 4 - 16mA.* I want to know that how can i scale plc voltage output to pessure. I checked the sensor data sheet but I didnt understand it properly. Mean if the line pressure will be 2 bar then what will be the sensor output? similarly for all values how can i scale bar with respect to output voltage? Can any one help me or guide me. Thanks

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 1/17/2026 Posts: 36469 Rating: (4552)	I suppose: - 0 to 16 bar is the measuring range. - 10 to 30 V is the supply voltage. - 4 to 16 mA be the analog output value. I can not imagine. The range for an analog output current is either 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA. The type designation JUMO 401001 is only the basic model, there are different specifications. Is it a 2-wire or 3-wire sensor you have? How do you want to connect the sensor? To a base module or an analog expansion module AM2?
